If brand new to Little League baseball - a player can register in ANY league they wish regardless of school/home address boundary.

 

Player age is determined based upon the player’s age as shown below.

  

Select the highest level that you would like your child to be considered for. For example, if you want your 10 yr old to be considered for Majors, you must select the Majors option. Otherwise, we will only consider her for her for minors. You will notice that there are several overlaps of age groups. Based on evaluations (10u and 12u), they may be placed at a lower level but your selection will let us know what divisions we should consider for your child. We encourage you to select the highest level and let the evaluations determine best level of competition. We are excited that you have chosen to have your child be a part of Midland Girls Softball.  We are looking forward to another great season this year and will continue our efforts to ensure that the softball experience offered by our league is fun and rewarding to players and families. Your comments and suggestions on how we can improve any aspect of our league are always welcome.

 

For the 2024 season we offer the following programs (Eligible Birthdates):

T-Ball:           Age 3-7 Birth years 2018-2021

Coach Pitch   Ages 6-10 Birth years 2015-2019

Minors:        Ages 8- 11  Birth years 2013-2017

Majors:        Ages 9 - 12 Birth years 2013-2016

 

***NOTE - It is NOT REQUIRED to submit a birth certificate or proof of residence - however, this information is mandatory if/when your player is selected to a post season (all-stars) MGSL team.

***If you have moved out of MGSL boundary and your player has been playing in the league (grandfathered) and still wishes to play in the league you will need to fill out a IId form. This also applies if you have moved out of MGSL boundary, but your player goes to a school in boundary (NEMS, Adams, Chestnut Hill, Plymouth, Good Shepard, Blessed Sacrament).
